Bra measuring guide

A woman measuring her bust

1. Bra Band Measurement:

To find your bra size, measure all around the body underneath the bust. If the measurement is an EVEN number, add 4 inches. For example: 30 + 4 = 34 Band Size.

If the measurement is an ODD number, add 5 inches. For example: 29 + 5 = 34 Band Size.

2. Measure for CUP size:

Measure over the fullest part of the remaining breast, from the center of the spine to the center of the sternum. Multiply this measurement by two. For example, 19 x 2 = 38 Cup Size.

3. Bra Size:

Determine the difference between the cup measurement and band measurement and refer to the chart below. For example, 38 – 34 = 4; Bra Size is 34DD.
