If you are a Liberator Supply-Care customer you can be assured with the utmost certainty that your Medicare Part B reimbursement
will continue without interruption in 2009.
Liberator Medical is NOW and HAS BEEN for over a year a fully Accredited Medicare and Medicaid provider.
Liberator Medical is approved to process your Medicare Part B, and Medicaid reimbursement
claims in all 50 United States including Puerto Rico.
Remember: If your current medical supply provider is NOT accredited by an authorized accreditation organization, these
types of standards of operation are not guaranteed.
Be Advised: The accreditation process may take up to 9 months to complete for enrolled DMEPOS* suppliers. Any supplier who
has not satisfied all previous requirements and submitted a complete accreditation application to an authorized accreditation
organization by January 31, 2009 risks not being accredited by October 1, 2009.
If a medical supply provider is not fully accredited by October 1, 2009, Medicare will revoke a DMEPOS* supplier's billing
privileges by deactivating their enrollment number on October 1, 2009 stopping their reimbursement for Medicare Part B medical
supplies submitted on your behalf.
This means your Medicare reimbursement could be at risk if your medical supply provider has not been accredited by the
deadline. Be sure to confirm that your provider will be fully accredited by October 1, 2009 from the accreditation organization
authorized by the Federal Government's Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. To view the Medicare documentation, click on
