What makes this position special? Your responsibilities include providing customers with product knowledge, support and guidance in relation to the purchase of their medical supplies. These patients rely on Liberator Medical Supply for products they use each day to improve their health. We specialize in servicing patients covered by Medicare, Medicaid and private health insurance. 
We are looking for motivated and dedicated inside sales professionals who will be accountable for their work and reliable to both the company and our customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing customers with excellent phone etiquette, sales skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. It is very important you have above-average computer skills to handle database input, the Internet and the ability to type at an intermediate clip.

Entry level computer skills, ability to multitask, arrange items in certain order or pattern, and utilize good judgment relating to warehouse safety regulations a must.  Compliance and Monitoring Representative-This candidate will be a critical team member in our Compliance Department primarily responsible for monitoring our inbound and out bound calls to our clients to ensure that the rules and regulations of the company are upheld at all times. Other duties include but not limited to, screening inbound and outbound calls to ensure that Liberator’s standard sales procedure is being adhered to and provide any recommendations necessary to improve the skills of our representatives.

1-2 year’s experience in a related field, equivalent schooling, and/or Medical Billing and Coding Certification.  Call center experience a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent required. AS or BS degree in related field preferred.
 
Accounts Receivable Representative- A successful candidate will be a self-starter, organized and ready to pitch in to get the job done! Excellent written and oral communication is a plus, and proficient computer skills are a must. Candidate must have previous experience in medical billing, an understanding of medical billing procedures, claims submissions/denials experience, and/or medical billing collections experience.*Revenue Cycle Management or Claims Transmission* currently looking for AR billing Medicare Experience
Insurance Verification Representative -Verifies medical insurance coverage for customers interested in purchasing medical supply products from Liberator Medical Supply Inc. Experience in verifying insurance through online provider websites and customer contact numbers required. Intermediate computer skills needed. Database, Internet, Phone, and Typing Skills Required.
 Medical Billing Representative -  Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all pertinent data fields on a claim to ensure timely and maximum reimbursement, review each file for accurate and complete doctor, diagnosis, insurance, and patient demographics. Review each file to ensure the items dispensed match and do not exceed the quantity prescribed. Utilize all tools available to review file history to ensure the order is accurate and complete the appropriate screens in the billing software to ensure the revenue is recognized. Answer the follow up on inbound and outbound calls. Complete all end of month reports, and other duties as assigned by management
Sales Support Representative -Facilitates obtaining documentation  from  Physician's offices to support request for the customer's medical supplies. Excellent phone etiquette, attention to detail, ability to multitask a plus. Intermediate computer skills needed. Database, phone, fax , internet and typing skills required. *Doc Acquisition 
 
The following position requirements apply to the employment opportunities directly below:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years related experience (insurance, medical billing, and/or document acquisition) with six months to one year of call center leadership or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
Sales Support Team Leader-General Supervision and leadership of a specific group of sales support representatives responsible for obtaining the necessary documentation from physicians to substantiate a patient’s need for medical supplies as required by their insurance providers. Actively reviews and provides team members feedback regarding the contact center phone statuses to ensure call volume is being met and idle, break, lunch and after call status requirements are adhered to. Receives inbound and facilitates outbound “supervisor” calls on active and aged accounts of team members utilizing key skills to identify and professionally resolve customer service related issues. Adheres to phone activity/compliance standards to include Medicare guidelines, HIPAA, ACW, and minimum call volumes. Track employee productivity and submits productivity information via logs to direct supervisor. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
 
Data Entry/QA Team Leader - General supervision and leadership of QA/Front line billing team members. The QA/Front line billing team members are responsible for review and approving customer supply orders based upon medical billing and coding principles coupled with internal knowledge of departmental order processing requirements. Facilitation and follow up of new hire development to include departmental training facilitated side by side, detailed review of work product with desk side coaching for errors, and reporting any new hire discovered issues with productivity, training, or policy adherence to direct supervisor promptly. Workforce management to include tracking scheduled and unscheduled attendance occurrences via departmental reporting mechanism, and assigning overtime or shift schedule changes depending on workflow in a timely and responsive manner. Existing team member development to include a minimum of 4 hours per week of scheduled desk side coaching with review of departmental errors and compliance feedback. Supervision and direct responsibility for team member responses to RUSHES ensuring customer orders are handled within Liberator required response time.
