The following position requirements apply to the employment opportunities directly below:

1-2 years related experience and/or 1-2 years in a call center environment. Experience in a medically related field a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent required. AS or BS degree in related field preferred.

Inside Sales Representative – Are you passionate about patient care? Are you goal orientated & sales driven? Liberator Medical Supply, Inc. is seeking applicants for patient care specialists positions within our sales center. If you have an interest in helping others and are motivated by a performance based atmosphere applies today! Liberator Medical Supply, Inc. is willing to provide training.

Customer Service Representative - Assists customers in answering/resolving any issues relating to the service, shipment, and/or purchase of their medical supplies. Excellent Phone etiquette, attention to detail, ability to multitask a plus. Intermediate computer skills needed. Database, Phone, Fax, Internet, and Typing Skills Required.

Compliance and Monitoring Representative - This candidate will be a critical team member in our Compliance Department primarily responsible for monitoring our inbound and out bound calls to our clients to ensure that the rules and regulations of the company are upheld at all times. Other duties include but not limited to, screening inbound and outbound calls to ensure that Liberator’s standard sales procedure is being adhered to and provide any recommendations necessary to improve the skills of our representatives.


The following position requirements apply to the employment opportunities directly below:

High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Information Technology training or degree in related field and/or 2 years’ experience in the Visual Studio and SQL environment preferred.

Network Development Coordinator - primary focus is to support the VP of Network Development in securing participating provider agreements with new payers, obtaining gap-exception authorizations with out-of-network payers, and auditing insurance verifications completed by Insurance Verification Representatives. Other tasks and duties as assigned.


The following position requirements apply to the employment opportunities directly below:

High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Information Technology training or degree in related field and/or 1- 2 years’ experience in the MS Visual Studio 2013 and SQL environment preferred.

Order Processing Representative - Enters and/or re-verifies customer orders in the database and workflow systems ensuring accuracy and completion. Works closely with other departments to resolve any order issues that arise. Follows all regulatory policies and procedures, privacy and security standards in accordance with Government agencies to include HIPPA requirements. Experience in entering patient demographic information with medical terminology or coding experience needed. Database, Internet, Phone, and Intermediate Typing Skills Required.

Medical Billing Representative - Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all pertinent data fields on a claim to ensure timely and maximum reimbursement, review each file for accurate and complete doctor, diagnosis, insurance, and patient demographics. Review each file to ensure the items dispensed match and do not exceed the quantity prescribed. Utilize all tools available to review file history to ensure the order is accurate and complete the appropriate screens in the billing software to ensure the revenue is recognized. Answer the follow up on inbound and outbound calls. Complete all end of month reports, and other duties as assigned by management.

Insurance Verification Representative - Verifies medical insurance coverage for customers interested in purchasing medical supply products from Liberator Medical Supply Inc. Experience in verifying insurance through online provider websites and customer contact numbers required. Intermediate computer skills needed. Database, Internet, Phone, and Typing Skills Required.

Sales Support Representative - Facilitates obtaining documentation from Physician's offices to support request for the customer's medical supplies. Excellent phone etiquette, attention to detail, ability to multitask a plus. Intermediate computer skills needed. Database, phone, fax , internet and typing skills required. *Doc Acquisition

Posting Representative -Ensures all payments, denials, deductibles, adjustments, write-offs and offsets are accurately posted and balanced each day. Primary duties and responsibilities for this opportunity include but are not limited to: reviewing batch received and ensures all documentation is enclosed, electronically post all designated payers, review posted and exception reports and make any necessary corrections. As well as other task and duties as assigned by management.

Accounts Receivable Representative -A successful candidate will be a self-starter, organized and ready to pitch in to get the job done! Excellent written and oral communication is a plus, and proficient computer skills are a must. Candidate must have previous experience in medical billing, an understanding of medical billing procedures, claims submissions/denials experience, and/or medical billing collections experience. *Revenue Cycle Management or Claims Transmission*.



The following position requirements apply to the employment opportunities directly below:

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, supply chain, project management or a related field required. Previous experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment related industry required. Previous Urological and Ostomy Medical Supply product experience preferred .3-5 years’ experience in corporate acquisitions with proven success of value adding acquisitions. Expert organizational, negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work in diverse teams and project environments. Proficient self-starter with expert organizational skills and time management. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Acquisition Specialist - position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Represent Liberator Medical Holdings, Inc. when sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and purchasing approved industry related corporate acquisitions. Review and discuss with executive management the potential corporate acquisition’s financial and operating statements, discovery items, and operational structure. Direct responsibility for providing additional analytics or reporting trends on each identified acquisition as needed. Ensures that medical industry compliance and regulatory requirements are met by potential acquisitions. Creates, reviews, and/or edits documentation relative to all cycles of the acquisition process. Meets or exceeds acquisition goals as directed, discussed, and/or assigned. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
