Inside Sales Representative – Are you passionate about patient care? Are you goal orientated & sales driven? Customer Service Representative - Assists customers in answering/resolving any issues relating to the service, shipment, and/or purchase of their medical supplies. Excellent Phone etiquette, attention to detail, ability to multitask a plus. Intermediate computer skills needed. Database, Phone, Fax, Internet, and Typing Skills Required.

Compliance and Monitoring Representative - This candidate will be a critical team member in our Compliance Department primarily responsible for monitoring our inbound and out bound calls to our clients to ensure that the rules and regulations of the company are upheld at all times. Other duties include but not limited to, screening inbound and outbound calls to ensure that Liberator’s standard sales procedure is being adhered to and provide any recommendations necessary to improve the skills of our representatives.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Information Technology training or degree in related field and/or 2 years’ experience in the Visual Studio and SQL environment preferred.

Software Engineer/Programmer - Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: develop software solutions in Microsoft Visual Studio primarily through VB.Net. Maintain source control for all SQL and Visual Studio Applications. Direct oversight and daily management of all aspects of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes deployed at the company. Develop and support internally developed third party web services. Support other third party software systems in development or deployed for the company. Ongoing education to keep all software development tools an SQL tools in the latest version and to train other team members of the IT department of the new features and functionality of the tools. Maintain a working knowledge of MS SQL server management studio inclusive of stored procedures and functions. Develop and maintain reports and other knowledge management functions. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned or directed

Financial Analyst - Position will be responsible for producing reports and analysis for use by staff of all levels in daily operations and decision making. The position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities: Routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis of the following information/areas: Inventory, Cost of goods reporting, Vendor and contract analysis, Accounts receivable and collection, Revenue, adjustments, bed debt and returns. Creation of inventory tags and compilation of physical inventory results. Facilitates the departmental budget process and budget maintenance. Ad hoc reporting of acquisition analysis. Ad hoc reporting for other departments and/or stakeholders. Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Ostomy Team Leader - Supports the sales operations management team in daily leadership and management of the Ostomy sales representative team members. The Ostomy Team Leader accomplishes this goal in conjunction with the Ostomy Coach by implementing, guiding, and assisting the team with performance requirements and adherence to Liberator policies and procedures. This position will report to the Call Center Director and will have approximately 15 direct reports.

AS or BS degree in related field preferred. One to three years’ experience or a combination of education, training and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

AR Billing (Refund/Returns) Team Leader - General supervision and leadership of the AR Billing Returns/Refunds team members. The AR Billing Returns/Refunds team members are responsible for reviewing all returned supplies, notating the proper reason and processing any refunds as a result of any product exchanges or returns. Facilitation and follow up of new hire and existing employee development to include departmental training facilitated side by side, detailed review of work product with desk side coaching for errors, and reporting any discovered issues with productivity, training, or policy adherence to direct supervisor promptly. Workforce management to include tracking scheduled and unscheduled attendance occurrences via departmental reporting mechanism, and assigning overtime or shift schedule changes depending on workflow in a timely and responsive manner. Existing team member development to include a minimum of 4 hours per week of scheduled desk side coaching with review of departmental errors and compliance feedback. Utilize tools available to stay current with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines and procedures for Returns/Refunds Processing. Develops and maintains knowledge in Medical Supplies , Medical Coding, and/or Insurance Guidelines. Other tasks and duties as assigned by management.

1-2 years experience in a related field, equivalent schooling, and/or Medical Billing and Coding Certification. Call center experience a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent required. AS or BS degree in related field preferred.

Order Processing Representative - Enters and/or re-verifies customer orders in the database and workflow systems ensuring accuracy and completion. Works closely with other departments to resolve any order issues that arise. Follows all regulatory policies and procedures, privacy and security standards in accordance with Government agencies to include HIPPA requirements. Experience in entering patient demographic information with medical terminology or coding experience needed. Database, Internet, Phone, and Intermediate Typing Skills Required.

Medical Billing Representative - Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all pertinent data fields on a claim to ensure timely and maximum reimbursement, review each file for accurate and complete doctor, diagnosis, insurance, and patient demographics. Review each file to ensure the items dispensed match and do not exceed the quantity prescribed. Utilize all tools available to review file history to ensure the order is accurate and complete the appropriate screens in the billing software to ensure the revenue is recognized. Answer the follow up on inbound and outbound calls. Complete all end of month reports, and other duties as assigned by management.

Insurance Verification Representative - Verifies medical insurance coverage for customers interested in purchasing medical supply products from Liberator Medical Supply Inc. Experience in verifying insurance through online provider websites and customer contact numbers required. Intermediate computer skills needed. Database, Internet, Phone, and Typing Skills Required.

Sales Support Representative - Facilitates obtaining documentation from Physician's offices to support request for the customer's medical supplies. Excellent phone etiquette, attention to detail, ability to multitask a plus. Intermediate computer skills needed. Database, phone, fax , internet and typing skills required. *Doc Acquisition

Accounts Receivable Representative -A successful candidate will be a self-starter, organized and ready to pitch in to get the job done! Excellent written and oral communication is a plus, and proficient computer skills are a must. Candidate must have previous experience in medical billing, an understanding of medical billing procedures, claims submissions/denials experience, and/or medical billing collections experience. *Revenue Cycle Management or Claims Transmission*.

Sr. Web/ Application Developer Specialist Candidate - Would have at least 3 years’ experience as a PHP website developer with 2 + years using JQuery and JSON for application development, 3+ years wit MySQL databases, excellent strength in HTML5 and CSS3,and can work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is a hands on position performing approximately 60% new functional coding and 40% maintenance of existing code. Candidate would be excellent in cross browser compatibility testing . Candidate will be developing an E-Commerce site to include managing 3rd party API’s including Google Shopping, Price Grabber and Amazon. Candidate will also be charged with maintaining simple Dreamweaver template sites as well as Joomla based sites. Medical product knowledge is a big plus. AS or BS degree in related field preferred.

Working knowledge of health insurance industry and experience working with health plans required (e.g. insurance verification, health plan credentialing, contracting or billing. One to three years experience or a combination of education, training and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

Insurance Verification Team Lead - The team lead will coordinate the daily operations of the insurance verification department and is responsible for training, coaching and assisting IV representatives to ensure accurate and efficient insurance verification completion. The person in this role should develop into an “insurance expert”. The main goal is to complete insurance verifications and pre-authorizations accurately and in a timely manner and to work with the Network Development team to continue to increase the percentage of fully accepted insurance verifications. Other task and duties as assigned.

A minimum of 6 months senior representative or leadership experience required. Moderate computer navigation skills required; working knowledge of a call center environment preferred.

Sales Support Team Leader - Prime focus is to provide general oversight and leadership of a specific group of sales support (document acquisition) representatives responsible for obtaining the necessary documentation from physicians to substantiate a patient’s need for medical supplies as required by their insurance providers.
