2-4 years’ experience in custodial and cleaning services required. Experience in a medically related field a plus.

Environmental Services Assistant- Duties/Responsibilities include: Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc. Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, restrooms, break rooms and/or kitchenettes, Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms and kitchen, Sweep, mop, vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners, Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas, Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc. quarterly floor maintenance to include polishing and waxing floors and other tasks and duties as assigned.

Inside Sales Representative– Provide customers with product knowledge, support, and guidance in relation to the purchase of their medical supplies. Customer Service Representative- Assists customers in answering/resolving any issues relating to the service, shipment, and/or purchase of their medical supplies. Excellent Phone etiquette, attention to detail, ability to multitask a plus. Intermediate computer skills needed. Database, Phone, Fax, Internet, and Typing Skills Required.

Compliance and Monitoring Representative- This candidate will be a critical team member in our Compliance Department primarily responsible for monitoring our inbound and out bound calls to our clients to ensure that the rules and regulations of the company are upheld at all times. Other duties include but not limited to, screening inbound and outbound calls to ensure that Liberator’s standard sales procedure is being adhered to and provide any recommendations necessary to improve the skills of our representatives.

Order Processing Representative - Enters and/or re-verifies customer orders in the database and workflow systems ensuring accuracy and completion. Works closely with other departments to resolve any order issues that arise. Follows all regulatory policies and procedures, privacy and security standards in accordance with Government agencies to include HIPPA requirements. Experience in entering patient demographic information with medical terminology or coding experience needed. Database, Internet, Phone, and Intermediate Typing Skills Required..

Medical Billing Representative - Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all pertinent data fields on a claim to ensure timely and maximum reimbursement, review each file for accurate and complete doctor, diagnosis, insurance, and patient demographics. Review each file to ensure the items dispensed match and do not exceed the quantity prescribed. Utilize all tools available to review file history to ensure the order is accurate and complete the appropriate screens in the billing software to ensure the revenue is recognized. Answer the follow up on inbound and outbound calls. Complete all end of month reports, and other duties as assigned by management.

Insurance Verification Representative - Verifies medical insurance coverage for customers interested in purchasing medical supply products from Liberator Medical Supply Inc. Experience in verifying insurance through online provider websites and customer contact numbers required. Intermediate computer skills needed. Database, Internet, Phone, and Typing Skills Required.

Sales Support Representative - Facilitates obtaining documentation from Physician's offices to support request for the customer's medical supplies. Excellent phone etiquette, attention to detail, ability to multitask a plus. Intermediate computer skills needed. Database, phone, fax , internet and typing skills required. *Doc Acquisition

Accounts Receivable Representative - A successful candidate will be a self-starter, organized and ready to pitch in to get the job done! Excellent written and oral communication is a plus, and proficient computer skills are a must. Candidate must have previous experience in medical billing, an understanding of medical billing procedures, claims submissions/denials experience, and/or medical billing collections experience. *Revenue Cycle Management or Claims Transmission*

2-4 years’ experience in a related field, equivalent schooling, and/or Medical Billing and Coding Certification with 1-4 years leadership/supervisory experience. Call center experience a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent required. AS or BS degree in related field preferred.

AR Billing Team Leader - General supervision and leadership of AR Billing team members. The AR Billing team members are responsible for answering AR department customer calls, submission of electronic and paper claims to commercial and Medicaid payers, follow up of commercial, MCD and private pay accounts and Posting of all cash types. The AR Billing Team Leader position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Facilitation and follow up of new hire and existing employee development to include departmental training facilitated side by side, detailed review of work product with desk side coaching for errors, and reporting any discovered issues with productivity, training, or policy adherence to direct supervisor promptly. Workforce management to include tracking scheduled and unscheduled attendance occurrences via departmental reporting mechanism, and assigning overtime or shift schedule changes depending on workflow in a timely and responsive manner. Existing team member development to include a minimum of 4 hours per week of scheduled desk side coaching with review of departmental errors and compliance feedback. Utilize tools available to stay current with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines and procedures. Develops and maintains knowledge in Medical Supplies, Medical Coding, and/or Insurance Guidelines Adheres to phone activity/compliance standards to include Medicare guidelines, HIPAA, ACW, and minimum call volumes if applicable. Adheres to and enforces all Liberator corporate policies and procedures. Active communication with direct supervisor and executive management regarding staff issues, disciplinary action recommendations, 45, 60, 90 day reviews, annual reviews, and daily or weekly team member communications or directives to include cc’ing management on correspondence provided via e-mail to team members. Maintain a positive work atmosphere that embodies Liberator’s philosophy- professional excellence, teamwork, and integrity. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

QA/Front Line Billing Team Leader - General supervision and leadership of QA/Front line billing team members. The QA/Front line billing team members are responsible for reviewing and approving customer supply orders based upon medical billing and coding principles coupled with internal knowledge of departmental order processing requirements. The QA/Front Line Billing Team Leader position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Facilitation and follow up of new hire development to include departmental training facilitated side by side, detailed review of work product with desk side coaching for errors, and reporting any new hire discovered issues with productivity, training, or policy adherence to direct supervisor promptly. Workforce management to include tracking scheduled and unscheduled attendance occurrences via departmental reporting mechanism, and assigning overtime or shift schedule changes depending on workflow in a timely and responsive manner. Existing team member development to include a minimum of 4 hours per week of scheduled desk side coaching with review of departmental errors and compliance feedback. Creates Goldmine reports to review aging orders and customer exhausted dates in order to facilitate expedited orders as needed. Facilitates printing of orders for distribution via the ALF, Fastrck, Goldmine, Reorder, and Service Tickets program as an additional compliance requirement for facilitation of orders within exhausted by date window. Supervision and direct responsibility for team member responses to RUSHES ensuring customer orders are handled within Liberator required response time. Will assist team by actively completing QA/Data Entry production via Fastrack, Goldmine, Reorder , and Service Ticket programs. Develops and maintains knowledge in Medical Supplies , Medical Coding, and/or Insurance Guidelines. Receives and facilitates internal “supervisor” calls on active and aged accounts of team members utilizing key skills to identify and professionally resolve internal customer service related issues. Meets or exceeds individual and team goals for daily, weekly, and monthly QA/Data entry quality and productivity measurements as communicated by their direct supervisors. Adheres to phone activity/compliance standards to include Medicare guidelines, HIPAA, ACW, and minimum call volumes if applicable. Adheres to and enforces all Liberator corporate policies and procedures. Reviews team production hourly to ensure orders are accurate and submitted to the Distribution department timely with detailed review of approved orders to ensure efficiency measures are met. Reviews team utilization of the Dr. License verification tracker ensuring all team members are utilizing and reviewing the tracker daily. Active communication with direct supervisor and executive management regarding staff issues, disciplinary action recommendations, 45, 60, 90 day reviews, annual reviews, and daily or weekly team member communications or directives to include cc’ing management on correspondence provided via e-mail to team members. Instructional Design Coordinator/Sales Trainer (Training) - The Instructional Design Coordinator develops, re-structures, documents, and organizes’ the sales department’s new hire and existing employee training programs. This position is a co-facilitator in some of the training programs for existing employees.We are seeking a dynamic, lively, flexible trainer with a strong knowledge of sales techniques coupled with call center professionalism. Trainer must possess good leadership and motivation and seek to train and inspire current and newly on-boarded sales staff. The Sales Trainer is responsible for facilitating/presenting training courses for new and existing sales staff.

3+ years of experience in web application development. Experience in a medically related field a plus. Experience developing web applications using JQuery, PHP, HTML/CSS, XML, JSON a plus. Internet Marketing Candidate - Would have experience as a PHP developer that can work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is a hands on position performing approximately 60% new functionality coding and 40% maintenance of existing code.
